Named for the muse of epic poetry and the mother of Orpheus, Saison Calliope is the first of our Rotational Saison Series. It is a complex beer with a strong overtone of melon upfront with white grapes and tropical fruit lingering in the background. It is dry with a hint of sweetness and bready wheat.

Food pairing
Saison Calliope’s dryness and slight acidity are perfectly balanced by its mildly sweet character, making it an excellent pairing for Shawarma, Mexican food, grilled meats and chocolate.
