Raspberry has always been my favorite beer fruit, but we waited a long time to actually use it, saving it for our our first Méthode Traditionnelle release, I Am Only Memories. Once that was released, we felt free to use raspberries in other beers, so we brewed Nothing Left To Give.
For this beer we wanted raspberry overload, full of jam and fresh raspberry pie filling character, with a soft, creamy body. No tricks here – just fruit, grain, and fermentation.
We liked it so much that we decided we should start brewing it twice a year, so it’s coming in March and then again in the fall.
