Starting with loads of raw wheat and a fermentation featuring the native funk from our wild Mother, Birds of Fire is then loaded with tangerine and orange puree. Finishing refreshingly dry, it focuses on the mingling of the citrus and vanilla with refreshing acidity and the subtle layers of our native culture.
