We took Atalanta, aged it for two years in barrels, and refermented on a massive amount of fresh plums and Arden’s Garden plum juice.

Barrel: Neutral wine
Hops: Hallertau Blanc
Grain: Two row barley, white wheat, flaked wheat
Fermentation: House Lactobacillus Mother, Saison yeast
Other: Plums, cold pressed for us by Arden’s Garden
