Blend of 1, 2, and 3 year old spontaneously fermented Méthode Traditionelle beer made in the process of Belgian lambic with cocoa fruit.
Blend of traditionally brewed 1-, 2-, and 3-year old beers spontaneously fermented in barrels and refermented with raw cocoa fruit. The cocoa fruit brings mysteriously nutty and chocolatey aromas mingling with melon and funk. Melon and spice flavors from the cocoa are paired with juicy acidity and lightly cheesy hops.
