13% Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

This imperial stout was aged for two years in a single Heaven Hill bourbon barrel, then rested on massive amounts of house-made cocoa nibs. These cocoa nibs were processed in-house from fermented cocoa fruit originally used in our spontaneously fermented beer, Artifice of Eternity.
