ATALANTA PLUM GIN FIZZ
Learn a few inside tips and tricks from master mixologist, Johnathan Turner, on how to make our Atalanta Plum Gin Fizz! We’re also talking with Justin from Old Fourth Ward Distillery about their unique distillation process and ingredients harvest.
Atalanta Plum Gin Fizz Recipe from Johnathan Turner:
- 1.5 oz O4W Gin
- .75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 4 dashes of orange bitters
- 1 egg white
Combine all ingredients except orange bitters to shaker – add ice, shake, and strain into small tin, and use milk frother to fluff egg whites. Let sit for 1 minute and strain into Collins glass. Top with Atalanta, then finish with orange bitters.
