Noise and Flesh

noise-and-flesh pageFrom our wild mother we obtain Noise and Flesh. This beer is 100% fermented with the wild culture we use to sour beers like Atalanta and Serpent Bite, then barrel-aged for months. Noise and Flesh is vinous and tart with a nose of peaches and citrus fruits.

Hops: Pekko
Grain: Golden Promise, Flaked Oats
Fermentation: our wild mother
ABV: 4.4%
